Riverview's Chenoweth & Leavitt on 'The Traitors' 2027

Riverview residents may soon see familiar faces on the small screen. Actress and singer Kristen Chenoweth and 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star Whitney Leavitt will compete on the upcoming season of the reality competition series 'The Traitors'.

Alan Cumming hosts the show, where contestants complete challenges as some secretly act as 'traitors' attempting to sabotage others. The new season premieres on Peacock in 2027.

Chenoweth and Leavitt join a cast that includes 'Lord of the Rings' actor Dominic Monaghan, 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Cynthia Bailey, 'The Bachelor's' Joey Graziadei, 'Love Island USA's' JaNa Craig, 'Survivor's' Q Burdette, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, and NFL star Rashad Jennings.

The Emmy-winning series, known for its strategic gameplay and dramatic reveals, was renewed for three additional seasons. A spinoff, 'The Traitors: New Blood,' featuring everyday Americans, airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
