At 346 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 12 miles south of Powder River to 9 miles east of Bates Hole. Movement was northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Strong thunderstorms will be near... Beartrap Meadows County Park and Emigrant Gap around 405 PM MDT.
Other locations in the path of these storms include southwestern Casper, Red Butte, Mills and Paradise Valley.
This includes Interstate 25 between mile markers 176 and 195.
