WATERING RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT Due to extended drought conditions, the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) has ordered Modified Phase III Water Shortage Restrictions, which remain in effect through July 1, 2026. The City of Zephyrhills will be actively enforcing these watering restrictions. Citations and fines will be issued to violators of these restrictions. With the close of candidate qualifying, it is determined that the Cities of Dade City, New Port Richey, Port Richey, and the Town of Saint Leo will be holding elections on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Municipal Elections are for voters residing within the city limits only. Information on city candidates is available on our website, PascoVotes.gov. All voters going to the polls for Municipal Elections should bring photo and signature identification or they will be required to vote a provisional ballot.
