At 855 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles north of Capitol Reef National Park, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include... Capitol Reef National Park, Caineville, and Goblin Valley.
This includes Utah Route 24 between mile markers 79 and 102.
