Cape Haze Ecosystem Restoration Project Public Meeting

Cape Haze Ecosystem Restoration Project Public Meeting Tom.Hyle@swfwm… Wed, 03/11/2026 - 01:22 Microsoft Teams United States Friday, April 3, 2026 – 5:30 pm The Southwest Florida Water Management District is hosting a virtual public meeting to present the Cape Haze Ecosystem Restoration Project and receive public comments. This restoration effort will enhance natural water flow, improve ecological resiliency, and support native wildlife within Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park. New Mural Unveiled at Winter Springs Fire Station 27

Seminole County Fire Rescue Station 27 in Winter Springs is proud to announce the completion and unveiling of a new mural. The mural, designed and painted by local artist Jeff Sonksen, was unveiled on April 16, 2024, at a ceremony attended by Seminole County officials and members of the community. The mural depicts scenes of firefighters in action and celebrates the spirit of the Winter Springs community.
