At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm with frequent lightning 7 miles east of Clayton, or 6 miles east of Mountain City, moving south at 15 mph.
Locations to be impacted include... Clayton, Mountain City, Lakemont, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Dillard, Tallulah Falls, Lake Rabun, Mountain Rest, Long Creek, and Pine Mountain.
