Arthur Fils defeated Andrey Rublev to win the Barcelona Open in straight sets.
The victory marks the fourth ATP title for the 21-year-old Frenchman. Fils achieved a Round of 16 appearance at the 2025 French Open prior to a back injury, which resulted in his retirement from the tournament and sidelined him for the remainder of the season.
Goran Ivanisevic, a Grand Slam champion and former coach of Novak Djokovic, recently joined Fils' coaching team.
