Clinic Physician Services Home Clinic Physician Services Providers Dr. Megan Barnes Medical Director Rambo Memorial Health Center Clinic Physician Services Clinic physician services are provided one day a week by Dr. Megan Barnes. Dr. Barnes completed her internal medicine residency at Ohio State University in 2011 and has been practicing medicine since that time. Dr. Barnes and her husband Dr. Sean Barnes reside in Zanesville with their four children. If you are a Muskingum County resident with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema, asthma, occupational lung disease, tuberculosis, a positive TB skin test or any other lung problem you can be seen by our physician. There is no charge for this service if you are a Muskingum County resident. There is a $70 charge for out-of-county residents. Patients with chronic lung diseases are seen on a continuing basis while those with tuberculosis are seen until they are determined to be cured.
