Woman Killed, Another Hurt in Rockford Sidewalk Crash

ROCKFORD, Minn. (Day.News) — One woman died and another suffered significant leg injuries after a juvenile girl driving with her mother struck them while they walked on a sidewalk in Rockford Sunday afternoon.
