Ground Breaking Marks Start of F-35A Facilities at Tyndall AFB

Panama City Beach residents are reminded of the ongoing transformation at nearby Tyndall Air Force Base, just a short drive from our sugar-white beaches, as construction continues on new flight line facilities designed to support the F-35A Lightning II aircraft. The significant undertaking officially began with a groundbreaking ceremony held on September 13, 2022, at the base.
