WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump announced the United States will permit the manufacturing of its Patriot air defense systems in other countries. The decision allows for the production of these systems outside the U.S. for use by Ukraine. Trump made the statement during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
