Down in Florida, a man found himself in a bit of a pickle after his two dogs got into his truck. The vehicle, unoccupied save for canines, careened into a neighbor's house, causing substantial damage.
Here's the twist: the truck wasn't insured. Adding insult to injury, the man now faces a lawsuit to cover the repair costs.
He should have gotten a cat.
Meanwhile, on the Eastern Seaboard, beachgoers were recently perplexed by a bizarre discovery. A massive, unidentifiable sea creature—decomposed beyond easy recognition—washed ashore.
Experts weighed in and, after careful study, concluded it was likely a whale. The mystery, however, lies in its advanced state of decay so far from any known whale migration routes.

And in homeowner association news, a resident received a stern letter regarding their holiday decorations. Apparently, the inflatable lawn ornaments, while festive, were deemed to be in violation of community standards.
The homeowner, undeterred, responded by adding more inflatables. Each subsequent decoration was, of course, technically within the guidelines, but collectively created an even more outrageous display.
