NEW YORK – Teads Holding Co., an omnichannel outcomes platform, has filed a lawsuit against Google LLC and its parent company, Alphabet Inc., in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Teads initiated the legal action on August 3, 2026, seeking financial damages and additional legal remedies.
The lawsuit follows a ruling by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. That court previously determined that Google LLC had engaged in unlawful anticompetitive practices and monopolistic conduct within specific digital advertising technology markets.
