Strike on Kyiv Depot Results in 37 Fatalities, Hundreds Evacuated

KYIV, Ukraine – A strike on a weapons depot located outside Kyiv on August 29, 2026, resulted in the deaths of 37 individuals. The incident also led to the evacuation of hundreds of people from the surrounding area.

Reports indicated that multiple explosions occurred at the military storage facility following the strike. This event marks one of the deadliest single attacks recorded this year.
