At 1019 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Forked Run State Park, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Parkersburg, Belpre, Elizabeth, Coolville, Forked Run State Park, Washington, Mineralwells, Tuppers Plains, Lubeck, Chester, Belleville, Reedsville, Palestine, Blennerhassett, Morristown, Davisville, Rockport, and Portland.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 156 and 175. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 2 and 9.
