Sixty-Five Americans Missing After Nepal-Tibet Border Floods

Kathmandu, Nepal – Flooding along the Nepal-Tibet border has resulted in 65 Americans being reported missing. A New York couple on a trip to Mount Kailash is included in the group of individuals currently unaccounted for.

The widespread flooding occurred in the region that straddles the two countries. Search and rescue operations are ongoing in the areas impacted by the natural disaster.
