Mr. Williams, born on June 17, 1979, is described as 5’10” tall and weighing 240 lbs, with grey/brown hair and blue eyes. He is required to register as a sexual predator following a conviction for sexual battery/coerce child by adult, under Florida Statute 794.011(8)(b).
