The team’s approach deviates from the Philadelphia Eagles' decision to extend Saquon Barkley after his record-setting rushing season that concluded with a Super Bowl victory. The Seahawks reserve significant quarterback investments for players in the tier of Patrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, or Josh Allen.
