The Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) is hosting its annual "Realtor Refresh" workshop next Tuesday, April 20, at the Naples Grande Beach Resort, a cherished spot along Collier County's coastline. This year's event focuses on navigating the evolving local market and leveraging new digital tools for property listings and client engagement.

The full-day workshop, starting at 9:00 AM, will feature several local experts. Keynote speaker Maria Rodriguez, a veteran Naples real estate attorney, will discuss recent changes in Florida property law affecting coastal developments. Following her, local marketing specialist David Chen from Gulf Coast Digital will lead a session on optimizing online property tours and social media strategies for the Naples market.

NABOR President Sarah Jenkins stated, "This workshop is designed to equip our members with the most current information and skills to best serve our community. We encourage all local real estate professionals to attend and take advantage of this valuable opportunity." Registration is $75 for NABOR members and $125 for non-members, and includes lunch.
