St. Johns County Property Fraud Alert Service Now Free

St. Johns County residents can now register for a free Property Fraud Alert service through the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller's office. The service emails property owners when a document matching their registered name appears in the Official Records.

Registrants can review flagged documents online or contact the Clerk's office in St. Augustine for details. The service does not prevent fraud but gives residents a way to monitor their property records and catch unauthorized filings.
