Davenport Mourns Patricia Mae Taylor, 64, a 45-Year Polk County Resident

Davenport lost a familiar face with the passing of Patricia Mae Taylor, 64, who died on July 16, 2024. A resident of Polk County for 45 years, Taylor made her home in Davenport and was a known figure in the community.

Taylor was born on January 16, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio. She moved to Polk County and established deep roots here, contributing to the fabric of local life for nearly five decades.

She leaves behind a loving family. Her daughters, Jessica Green and Kimberly McComas, and sons, Michael Taylor and Mathew Taylor, survive her. Patricia also leaves two brothers, Robert Krouse and Thomas Krouse. Her legacy extends to nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family has arranged for cremation.
