NBA Announces 2025-26 MVP Finalists

The NBA named Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokić, and Victor Wembanyama as the three finalists for the 2025-26 Most Valuable Player award. Gilgeous-Alexander, guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder, is in contention for a second consecutive MVP award.
Luka Dončić, who led the NBA in scoring this season, was not selected as a finalist.
