Boca Raton Mourns Passing of Longtime Resident Matthew Zavell at 71

Boca Raton lost a longtime resident with the passing of Matthew Zavell, who died on Monday, May 20, 2024, at the age of 71. Mr. Zavell, born in Bronx, NY, on August 24, 1952, was a familiar face in the community.

Mr. Zavell is survived by his wife, Linda, and his children, Alison (Michael) and Keith (Nicole). He also leaves behind four grandchildren: Matthew, Jake, Ella, and Maya. His family held a graveside service on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 1:30 PM at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, located at 11520 State Road 7, Boynton Beach, FL 33473.
