The Miami Marlins defeated the Washington Nationals by a score of 6-4. Jorge Soler hit a home run for the Marlins. Luis Arraez went 2-for-4, raising his league-leading batting average.

Tanner Scott earned the save for Miami. Patrick Corbin pitched five innings for Washington, allowing four runs. CJ Abrams recorded two hits for the Nationals.
