Marlins Outfielder Kyle Stowers Begins Rehab Assignment in Jacksonville

Marlins All-Star outfielder Kyle Stowers started a rehab assignment with the Triple-A Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp on Friday night in Norfolk, Virginia. Stowers, recovering from a right hamstring injury, played six innings in left field during the game. He went hitless in three at-bats, striking out twice.

Stowers will have a scheduled day off today, Saturday, May 19, 2026. He is expected to return to the Jumbo Shrimp lineup on Sunday.
