Kyle Stowers Takes First Base Reps in Marlins Spring Training

Kyle Stowers is taking ground balls at first base during spring training, expanding the role of the outfield prospect the Miami Marlins acquired from Baltimore this offseason.

Stowers, who is not on Miami's 40-man roster, has primarily played in the outfield. The position flexibility could give the Marlins additional options for their roster construction.
