Kyiv Mayor Reports Critical Infrastructure Hit in Overnight Strikes

KYIV, Ukraine — Overnight strikes on Ukraine's capital resulted in at least 17 deaths, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported. The attacks, which Klitschko described as a "massive attack," also disrupted the city's hot water supply.

Klitschko stated the strikes "purposefully" targeted critical infrastructure. He confirmed the fatalities as authorities assessed the damage across the city.
