The New York Knicks defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 115-104 in overtime. The Knicks trailed by 22 points before mounting a comeback in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 15 points in the fourth quarter. Donovan Mitchell scored a team-high 29 points for the Cavaliers. James Harden of the Cavaliers struggled, shooting 1-for-8 from three-point range and committing six turnovers.

The Cavaliers shot 29.4% from the field in the fourth quarter. The series standings are now 1-0 in favor of the Knicks.
