Immigration Court Adjusts Hearing Procedures in Miami

Miami, FL – Immigration judges in Miami are now conducting hearings for more than 100 immigrants simultaneously. This procedural adjustment has resulted in extended queues outside the Miami immigration court.

The new hearing format assigns judges large dockets, where numerous individuals appear before the court in a single session. This recent shift in court operations has altered the process for immigrants attending their hearings in Miami.
