The U.S. House of Representatives voted Wednesday to table a resolution aimed at initiating impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump. The move effectively halted the impeachment effort. The vote tally was 332 to 95. All 237 Republicans present voted to table the resolution. They were joined by 137 Democrats. Democratic Representative Al Green of Texas introduced the resolution.
