Parkland residents gearing up for a good cause will be pleased to learn that Heyer Accounting & Tax has stepped up as a key sponsor for the upcoming Charity 5k. The event, which benefits the Parkland Community Outreach Center, is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM from the Parkland City Park.

The annual Charity 5k is a cornerstone event for the Parkland Community Outreach Center, helping to fund their various programs throughout the year, including the local food bank, after-school tutoring, and senior support services. Heyer Accounting & Tax, a long-standing local business located on Main Street in the heart of Parkland, has a history of community involvement, and their sponsorship this year is a significant boost for the event's fundraising goals.
