Heritage High School Dedicates Tuttle Stadium in Honor of Founding Principal John Tuttle

PALM BAY, FL – Heritage High School officially dedicated its football stadium as Tuttle Stadium last Friday, August 21, in a ceremony honoring founding principal John Tuttle. The dedication recognized Tuttle's significant contributions to establishing the school's culture and traditions since its opening in 2009.

The stadium renaming ensures Tuttle's legacy lives on in the school's traditions and future generations of students. This tribute provides a lasting reminder of the leader who shaped Heritage High School from its inception.

Mr. Tuttle's family, district and state leaders, former colleagues, students, and community members attended the ceremony. Speakers highlighted Tuttle's instrumental role in transforming a new campus into a thriving school community, fostering a sense of belonging and Panther Pride.

John Tuttle served more than four decades in Brevard County education. His career included roles as a teacher, coach, and administrator, leaving a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues.
