GoPasco Provides Free Election Day Rides for Pasco County Voters on August 18 and November 3, 2026

GoPasco provided free bus rides for Pasco County voters on Primary Election Day, August 18, and General Election Day, November 3, 2026. This initiative aimed to ensure all citizens had access to their right to vote by removing transportation as an obstacle.

The free service ran from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both specified election days. Voters showed a valid Voter Information Card to ride for free. This program did not extend to early voting periods.

GoPasco partnered with the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections to make these free rides possible. Jannina Elkin, GoPasco Director, stated, "One of the most important rights of an American citizen is voting and not having a ride to the polls is an obstacle no voter should face." She added that GoPasco was proud to be a community partner in ensuring access to this civic right. Supervisor of Elections Brian Corley echoed this sentiment, calling the partnership a benefit to Pasco County voters and an example of good government.
