Golden Knights Defeat Mammoth in Game 3, 4-2

The Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Utah Mammoth 4-2 in Game 3 of their Western Conference playoff series. This marked the first NHL playoff game played in Salt Lake City. Jack Eichel led the Golden Knights with one goal and two assists. Jonathan Marchessault, William Karlsson and Chandler Stephenson also scored for Vegas. Adin Hill recorded 29 saves in goal. For the Mammoth (formerly the Winnipeg Jets/Arizona Coyotes franchise), Clayton Keller and Nick Schmaltz scored. Connor Ingram stopped 25 of 29 shots. The Golden Knights now hold a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series. Game 4 is scheduled to be played in Salt Lake City.
