SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION – FOGARTY

Gainesville residents are advised of a mandatory notification regarding a registered sexual predator now residing in Alachua County. In accordance with Florida Statute 775.21, the Alachua County Sheriff's Office has issued a news release, 2026-012, concerning Little J. Fogarty.

Mr. Fogarty, born on January 9, 1962, is listed with a height of 5 feet, 0 inches and a weight of 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His registered address is 2890 SE 15th Ave, in southeast Gainesville, FL 32641.

The requirement for Mr. Fogarty to register as a sexual predator stems from a conviction of sexual battery/coerce child by adult, under Florida Statute 794.011(8)(b).

This notification serves to inform the community of his presence as mandated by state law.
