Former Ukrainian Minister Calls for Accountability on Corruption, Wartime Elections

KYIV, Ukraine – A former Ukrainian minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, has called for President Volodymyr Zelensky to be questioned regarding his awareness of government corruption. Fedorov, who recently left his government post, also advocated for Ukraine to conduct elections during the current conflict.

Fedorov presented his views during an interview with the BBC. He stated that President Zelensky should answer questions about what he knew concerning corruption within the government.

Additionally, Fedorov indicated his support for holding elections in Ukraine while the country remains in a state of war.
