Federal Authorities Seize Orlando Fraud Scheme Assets

Federal authorities filed a civil forfeiture complaint targeting seven properties and 11 vehicles in Orlando that Christopher Delgado allegedly purchased with proceeds from a wire fraud scheme.

Gregory W. Kehoe, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, announced the complaint. Delgado faced charges in February 2026 related to the scheme. Under federal law, authorities can seize assets purchased with criminal proceeds and return them to victims.
