Palm Beach County Elections Wins National Award
The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office won a 2025 Clearinghouse Award from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission for its Election Night Transmission Monitoring Dashboard.
The EAC announced the award May 12, 2026, recognizing the dashboard in the Security: Innovation and New Tools category. The system gives election staff a live, centralized view of vote transmission from all 377 voting locations across the county. Staff monitor transmission status in real time, and the system automatically flags locations needing additional support.
Before the dashboard, election workers tracked transmissions using manual spreadsheets, phone calls, and fragmented reports. The new system reduced manual work and let staff focus on resolving issues as results came in.
Wendy Sartory Link, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, said the dashboard reflects "the incredible work of our staff and their commitment to developing innovative solutions that strengthen election administration."
The EAC received nearly 200 submissions nationwide and selected winners based on innovation, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and measurable impact. The commission cited the Palm Beach system's ability to work in election offices of any size and support continuity of operations.
