The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a

* Dust Advisory for... Northeastern Adams County in eastern Washington...

* Until 445 PM PDT.

* At 408 PM PDT, a dust channel was over Ritzville, or 35 miles northeast of Connell, moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 205 and 237. U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 87 and 96.

Locations impacted include... Ritzville, Marcellus, Tokio, Packard, Schoonover, Jantz, and Paha.
