Dr. Roberto Parks, MD, Joins Staff at Jacksonville Medical Center

Jacksonville Medical Center, a vital part of the First Coast healthcare system, announced today the addition of Dr. Roberto Parks, MD, to its team of physicians. Dr. Parks, a board-certified internal medicine specialist, will begin seeing patients at the center's main campus on Elm Street starting April 22, 2026.

Dr. Parks brings over 15 years of experience in primary care and chronic disease management. He completed his medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine and his residency at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. Before coming to Jacksonville, Dr. Parks practiced in a busy community clinic in Ocala, where he was known for his patient-centered approach and dedication to preventative health.
