The existing building, which does not exceed 35 feet in height, will feature a modified parking lot with 57 off-street spaces. Flexibility was granted for reduced off-street parking and landscape buffers based on a parking demand study and a Comprehensive Landscape Program, as outlined in Community Development Code sections.
