Baptist Health Primary Care Opens New Plantation Location on September 13, 2026

Plantation residents now have a new option for primary healthcare with the opening of Baptist Health Primary Care at 123 NW 82nd Ave Suite 405. The facility began operations on September 13, 2026, offering a range of services for adults, adolescents, and children.

The new primary care center operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. It provides essential medical care, including annual physical exams, vaccinations, and health risk assessments. The clinic also manages chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and offers minor surgical procedures.

Patients can schedule appointments by calling 954-837-1000. Existing patients have the additional convenience of scheduling appointments online through Baptist Health MyChart. The center accepts most insurance plans, and staff can verify specific coverage by phone.

Baptist Health Primary Care also offers language assistance for the community. Services are available in Español (Spanish) and Kreyòl ayisyen (Haitian Creole), ensuring broader access to care for Plantation's diverse population.
