Weston residents planning a visit to the local Bank of America branch, located at 123 Main Street in the heart of Weston's Town Center, will now need to schedule an appointment for all in-person services. The change, which went into effect on Monday, April 6, aims to streamline customer service and reduce wait times at the busy branch.
Previously, customers could walk in for transactions and consultations. However, the bank has transitioned to an appointment-only model to better manage customer flow and ensure dedicated service. This new policy applies to all services typically offered at the branch, including opening new accounts, loan inquiries, and complex transactions that cannot be completed through ATMs or online banking.
To schedule an appointment, customers can visit the Bank of America website or use their mobile banking app. Appointments can also be made by calling the customer service line. While the change may require a slight adjustment for some, bank officials hope it will lead to a more efficient and personalized experience for Weston account holders.
The branch hours remain Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Drive-thru services and ATM access are still available without an appointment during operating hours.
