Avalanche Defeat Wild 4-2, Take 2-0 Series Lead

The Colorado Avalanche secured a 4-2 victory over the Minnesota Wild in Game 2 of their West series, establishing a 2-0 series lead. Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar contributed one goal and one assist, totaling two points in the contest. Mikko Rantanen added one goal and one assist for Colorado, also finishing with two points.

Wild forward Kirill Kaprizov scored one goal, and Mats Zuccarello recorded one goal for Minnesota. Avalanche goaltender Darcy Kuemper stopped 27 of 29 shots faced. Wild goaltender Cam Talbot made 30 saves on 34 shots.
