KYIV, Ukraine – Attacks on Tuesday resulted in fatalities in both Ukraine and Russia, with officials reporting two deaths at the Moldovan border and four in the Russian city of Novorossiysk.
Ukrainian authorities confirmed an attack on the Transnistrian region, a breakaway territory in Moldova. Two individuals died in the incident. Moldovan border officials have not yet released additional details concerning the circumstances of these deaths.
Separately, in Novorossiysk, a port city in southern Russia, an attack resulted in four deaths. This figure includes one child, according to Russian officials. Authorities in Novorossiysk have begun investigations into the incident.
