Texas quarterback Arch Manning stated Wednesday he is feeling "100% right now" after undergoing offseason foot surgery. Manning also addressed his performance during the prior season. He noted a change in mindset positively impacted his play, stating that during the first half of the season his dissatisfaction affected his performance. He said, "The first half of the season, I was pissed. I wasn't playing well and it wasn't fun for me."
