NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Galveston, Texas, on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Galveston, Texas, regarding the following application: An application from American National Insurance Company, requesting approval of a Replat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 653, and a 16-foot alley; into Lots 1R and 2R, Block 653; located at the intersection of 21st and Mechanic Streets.
