Cape Canaveral Volunteer Fire Department Application Process We are not currently accepting volunteer applications. We provide fire and non-transport Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to both the City of Cape Canaveral and the Canaveral Port Authority. Have questions? Just call 321-783-4424 for non-emergency between 8am to 5pm.
