The Village of Key Biscayne fitness center in the Community Center will be closed March 23–27 for facility upgrades.   During this time, new flooring will be installed and premium equipment from the True Palladium Strength Line will be added to enhance the training environment. These ergonomically advanced machines are designed to support all fitness levels, from young athletes to active older adults.   New additions include a selectorized hip thrust, expanded jungle gym stations to help reduce wait times, and upgraded plate-loaded equipment. A new adjustable Olympic bench will also allow for flat, incline, and decline exercises, giving members more training options.   We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.
