Lake Hamilton residents can now manage their utility accounts online. The town has introduced a new customer portal and eBilling system to streamline bill viewing, account activity checks and payments.

The portal allows customers to sign up for eBills, receiving email notifications when bills are ready, eliminating mail delays. Users can view or print bills, review billing, payment and adjustment history, and check usage history. Payments are accepted through electronic methods.

Residents interested in the eBill option and portal access should visit the town's website or contact Town Hall. New residential and commercial utility service applications are available separately. A $200 deposit and $30 administrative fee are required for new accounts. Applications for new construction should be submitted two weeks before service is needed. For all other new accounts, water service typically connects the next business day after application submission, payment and acceptance, barring unforeseen issues.

Monthly residential service charges include garbage and recycling pickup, yard debris removal and a stormwater management fee, in addition to water service. Commercial accounts also incur a stormwater fee. Customers outside town limits pay a water usage rate 25% higher than in-town rates and are charged only for water usage.

For account opening questions or information about existing utility accounts, residents can email Jennifer Hernandez or call Town Hall at 863-439-1910.
